A group of men on a fishing weekend in an isolated part of New South Wales discover the body of a young Aboriginal woman in the water. Their decision to delay reporting their find until the trip is concluded provokes upset, anger and conflict among the local community.
This absorbing, richly textured drama of morals, emotions and responsibility is based on a short story by Raymond Carver and features powerful performances from Gabriel Byrne and Laura Linney.
